It is only when this truth masters him in its spiritual power that he will be able to give the subject of missions its true place in his ministry.” E. R. Hendrix

  1. Terrence says:

A church is to be a place where the word of God is fully embraced; the teaching/preaching has to be Gospel and Christ centered. It is to be a place where we stir up one another to love and good works, i.e. to that consuming first love we have when we come to know Christ that we joyfully want to share him with others. It is important that we meet and STIR UP one another as we often tend to become lukewarm and easily get caught up in the patterns of the world on our own.
