As a man or woman of God, do you have a “closet” in which you pray, and do you plead with God to raise up laborers as you have been commanded to do (see Luke 10:2)? This is perhaps the most neglected command in Scripture. If we do not seek the lost, the last thing we are going to pray for is for someone else to do it. So the enemy gets a double victory. Not only is there a shortage of laborers, but there is also a shortage of people praying for laborers.
2 Kings 4:10 Please, let us make a small upper room on the wall; and let us put a bed for him there, and a table and a chair and a lampstand; so it will be, whenever he comes to us, he can turn in there.”
